Historical Learning Completion Before Hire Date and Candidate ID Mapping

We have a requirement to load historical learning completion records for employees.
Can historical learning completions be loaded when the completion date is before the employee’s hire date?
Also, if the learning was completed as a candidate, how can we map the Candidate ID to the new employee record during the historical data load?
- Example:
- Course Completion Date: 04-Nov-2026
- Employee Hire Date: 15-Nov-2026
- Candidate ID to Employee Mapping
If the learning was completed when the person was still a candidate, how can we map the Candidate ID to the newly created employee/person record while loading the historical learning completion?
