Is there a way to allow users to expand all row members in a form?

Users are asking if there is a way to completely expand all the row hierarchies in a form, like an "Expand All" button. I don't see this functionality, but I am asking here to confirm.

I am aware of the "Start Expanded" dimension option in forms, but I want the forms to open with the rows collapsed. Some users are complaining about all the clicks required to expand everything if desired though.
