Can we still use Self-Paced Offering with Multiple Activities beyond 27C?

We have a lot of self-paced offerings with multiple activities that are not qualified for cloning. The suggestion of Oracle for those items is to recreate them as Learning Path. But our problem now is that we no longer have copies of the contents we used for those self-paced offerings, so recreating them would be impossible. And exporting those contents is also not possible (according to this thread - https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/710850/export-scrom-content-from-learning-management)

Now we are thinking to still use the existing self-paced offerings even though we have migrated to REDWOOD.

But the question is, can we still use for assignment the existing self-paced offerings beyond 27C (disablement of Offerings)?
