Is It Possible to Provision a New Oracle Integration Gen 2 Instance in (Saudi Arabia West – JED)?

Our customer currently has an Oracle Integration Generation 2 (OIC Gen 2) instance hosted in the Frankfurt (FRA) region. They are planning to move their existing OIC environment to the Jeddah (JED), Saudi Arabia West region.

We would like to understand the supported migration options for this requirement.

Could you please clarify the following?

  1. Is it possible to provision a new OIC Gen 2 instance in Jeddah specifically for migrating the customer's existing Frankfurt Gen 2 environment?
  2. If new Gen 2 instance provisioning is no longer supported, is there any Oracle-assisted migration option or exception available for this regional relocation?
  3. Can Oracle support upgrading the existing Gen 2 instance to Oracle Integration 3 as part of the migration to Jeddah?
