Auto Assigning Plans to a Group without an Integration

Hi!  Is there any way to assign either 1) Job Profiles, 2) Skills, or 3) Learning Plans to a Group without having to do an integration? I seem to only be able to map things to individual users but I want things to me more automated. We have groups based on job role that people are mapped to automatically based on their user profile and I want anyone who gets added to these groups to get assigned a preset learning plan.

Anyone found a way to do this?
