Font mismatch in Workforce Compensation Plan-generated letters

Hi @Everyone,

We have successfully generated the letters from the Workforce Compensation Plan, and the content appears as expected. However, we are encountering an issue with the font. The RTF template was uploaded using the Aptos Narrow font, but the generated output letter in PDF format is displaying the font as Helvetica instead. Could you please provide any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this font substitution issue?
