A major component of SaaS implementations the is Data Migration. This process can be challenging for customers due to a lack of knowledge around key principals that make a data migration more successful. In this session we will outline key areas that often get overlooked in the process and how to improve the experience to help customers & partners better plan, test, mitigate risk, and implement data conversion activities.  We will talk about several items which include:
