    Wolters Kluwer is currently in the process of a large European wide implementation of Eloqua Marketing Automation. In multiple phases a total of 12 countries will implement Eloqua closely integrated with their CRM solutions to conduct state-of-the-art Marketing Automation.

     

    As a Marketing Specialist within Wolters Kluwer you are responsible for the applications which support the Marketing Automation processes and you are the backup for the Back-Office CRM architect within Wolters Kluwer Europe. The core system will primarily be Oracle Eloqua. You will be the linking pin between Local Business (Advanced Marketing Users) and the Central Team (Architect). The Marketing Specialist will provide support to the Local admin and will resolve raised incidents and 'How-to' questions local admins are unable to answer. You will gather local change requests and align them with the CRM architect.

     

    You will be working in an international team in which different domains like OTC, Marketing Automation, CRM, Basis, etc. are represented. The core system will be Eloqua but we are searching for a candidate which as a
    broader interest in working with CRM systems such as SAP C4C and Salesforce.

     

    It is an international role with as base location in Europe (preferably Alphen a/d Rijn). Regular travel is necessary to execute oversight on crucial projects and advice local businesses.

     

    Position One: Junior Marketing Specialist

    • Responsibilities
    • Eloqua Marketing Specialist
    • Central Point of Contact for local business in Eloqua changes
    • Manage and Coordinate Eloqua changes
    • Linking pin between Local Business and the Architect / Central team
    • Support Marketing Users and Admins in Countries in usage of Eloqua
    • Provide Expert advice to Central Team regarding Eloqua

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Computer Science orrelated discipline or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university.
    • 2+ years in CRM (pref Salesforce, SAP), 2+ years in Marketing Automation Implementation
    • In-depth Marketing Automation knowledge of Eloqua (functional and technical)
    • Basic understanding of integration with CRM and e-comm.
    • General knowledge of relevant application frameworks, programming languages and development methodologies, including Agile;
    • Content Marketing: Basic understanding the content marketing lifecycle, as well as related lead nurturing, lead scoring, content management and content delivery activities;
    • Digital Marketing: Experience with email, mobile, web and other digital media, including marketing campaign best practices;
    • Social and Mobile Platforms: Understanding relevant APIs, mobile apps, advertising and business capabilities, and monitoring/management tools

     

    Position Two: Senior Marketing Specialist:

    • Responsible for European Marketing Automation IT strategy, design, landscape and implementation;
    • Advise senior management in selection of Marketing Automation Tool.
    • Strive for development of European template.
    • Manage growth and stability of European template.
    • Provide expert advice to local (non-template) implementations
    • Strive to integrate local initiatives in the European template.
    • Work closely with the European digital Marketing Manager and agree on the strategy.

     

    Proactively engage in Marketing Automation Changes and Manage Life Cycle from concept to Production for the European template;

    • Delivery of enhancements according to the specifications, agreed planning and budget of change requests, in line with WK GSS guidelines and best practices;
    • Manage external European Marketing Automation outsourcing party
    • Realize complex RFC hands-on. Not all changes go to outsourcing party. Architect develops / realizes key developments.
    • Participates in CAB meeting and provides pros and cons of changes in template.
    • Adoption and consistent application of proven methodologies;
    • Report status, issues and any impacts;
    • Facilitate transparency during development life cycle.

     

    Custodian of respective modular European Template;

    • Travel to European countries and assist in the process of convincing them to move to the European template.
    • Participate in projects and assure the stability and simplicity of the template.
    • Effective and timely documentation;
    • Understand and advise of technical implications resulting from template changes;
    • Arbitrate within the guidelines of ‘Best Practice’ and governance scope;
    • Implement and maintain effective release management process disciplines.
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university.
    • 10+ years in CRM (pref Salesforce, SAP), 5+ years in Marketing Automation Implementation
    • Working with outsource/offshore vendors
    • Academic level
    • In-depth Marketing Automation knowledge of the leading marketing automation vendors, especially Eloqua.
    • Basic understanding of integration with CRM and e-comm.
    • Marketing Applications: Configuring, operating and integrating a wide range of in-house and SaaS applications;
    • IT Operations: Understanding cloud computing, including the integration of public, private and hybrid clouds, and liaising with IT staff to direct shared resources and capabilities;
    • Software development: General knowledge of relevant application frameworks, programming languages and development methodologies, including Agile;
    • Web Mechanics: General knowledge of web publishing systems, web development and related capabilities;
    • Content Marketing: Basic understanding the content marketing lifecycle, as well as related lead nurturing, lead scoring, content management and content delivery activities;
    • Digital Marketing: Experience with email, mobile, web and other digital media, including marketing campaign best practices;
    • Social and Mobile Platforms: Understanding relevant APIs, mobile apps, advertising and business capabilities, and monitoring/management tools
