We are having trouble figuring out how to to derive fund/account/deptid for a lease?

The peoplesoft page build is executing proprietary peoplecode which it hides from the customer in the chartfields app package. We have done the most extensive traces that can be done and have been unable to get even the first shred of information as to how to derive fund/account/deptid from the Lease ID.

We are attempting to implement the Lease Administration module. As a requirement by our stakeholders we must be able to derive the Accounting distribution data for each lease and we are development team is having issues getting the data.
