I need a help about connecting to snapshot database via alias.

I set up Data Guard according to a step by step instruction on Oracle-Base site:

Data Guard Physical Standby Setup Using the Data Guard Broker in Oracle Database 19c

Everything works as expected.

When I convert the standby to snapshot nobody can connect to pdb by alias?
