Taleo Employee Referral Functionality

I was wondering if anyone has the employee referral functionality turned on who works at a company with a lot of employees who do not work at a computer and some of whom have low computer-literacy skills. We want to automate this process which we are currently manually administering and I'd love to hear experiences with this feature in Taleo. Thank you in advance!
