SOA Quick start -12.2.1.4.0 installation issue.

HI Team,

I have installed the SOA quick start 12c & while staring the integrated WebLogic server from Jdeveloper I am getting the below error.

please help me on this.

cause of problem may be due to

The issue was caused by an incorrect proxy setting: no proxy was set in the IDE.

Once the proxy was configured in JDeveloper, the issue got resolved and the server was able to start.

Thanks for the update, the issue is resolved, PFA workarounds which i followed to fix this issue & it worked for me.
