Getting Error While loading Value Set Values in Fusion Cloud HCM

Hello,

While loading Value Set values, getting the error as "File download failed". See the attachment for error details.

Tried this with selecting the account value as "setup/functionalSetupManager/import" but still getting the same error. Any setup or configuration is required over here?

Please try with account = hcm/dataloader/import
