Zero Non Recoverable Tax Lines should not be interfaced to Projects

Hi,

Is there a workaround to avoid Interfacing of Zero NRT lines to Projects? As per the standard process stated in the flow, a zero NRT line will be created if Tax is fully recoverable. Due to this each time these lines move from Payables to Projects, an additional zero non-recoverable tax line is being created.

Customer wants this line not to be created in Projects. Please suggest.
