Unable to preview BI Publisher output in RTF:

Hi Guru,

I am facing one strange issue in BIP Desktop , i am able to load and design the RTF but when i am trying to preview the output the getting the below mentioned error:

javaw -Xmx256M -jar "C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib\RTF2PDFv2.jar" "C:\Users\Rohit\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp\tb_param.xml"

Do i need to install any Java file or some thing i am missing.

Note: I am using MS word 2019 64 Bit and downloaded the same 64 bit BI Publisher Desktop.

Please help.
