Troubleshooting Login Loop Issues – Oracle Health Community
If you're experiencing a login "loop" when attempting to sign-in to the Oracle Health Community, this article provides step-by-step guidance to help resolve the issue.
Option 1: Troubleshooting by Browser
Google Chrome
- Check Third-Party Cookies Setting:
- Go to:
Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Ensure "Block third-party cookies" is disabled.
✅ Still want to block third-party cookies?
Add exceptions:
[*.]oracle.com
[*.]cerner.com
- Go to:
Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > Sites that can always use cookies
- Retry accessing:
Additional Info to Provide if Issue Persists:
- Is Chrome your preferred browser?
- What version of Chrome are you using?
- What type of device (PC, Mac, tablet, etc.) are you using?
Safari (Mac)
- Navigate to:
Settings > Privacy
- Disable the setting: “Prevent cross-site tracking”
Mozilla Firefox
- Go to: Settings > Privacy & Security
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Exceptions
- Add:
