New built-in PDF editor is not viable to use. Here are some of my problems with it.

Here are some of the issues I have with the new pdf markup editor.  I am sure there are more issues that I haven’t come across yet.  It is so inefficient now, I have been forced to abandon it as unusable.   I don’t expect it to be a full blown editor like Bluebeam.  The old version wasn’t either, but all of these features below worked in the old version.

1. The Typewriter tool does not allow the text size to be modified.  It is very large. Probably equivalent to 24 point font.
2. The typewriter tool does not allow you to manually set line return length for longer or multi-line notes.
3. The Callout tool only allows black text.  You can change color of the box and arrow, but does not change text color.
4. The Textbox tool:  The font size can be changed, but only to a few preselected sizes, and 12 point is the smallest available. 
5. Textbox tool: multi-line text entries are not hyphenated.  It cuts your words in half or wherever needed to fit the box, but doesn’t add a hyphen or use grammar rules and recognize syllables like a real text editor.  You would need to manually enter returns after words to avoid this. 
6. Textbox tool: once you type something, you can’t reselect it with a cursor drag. Nor can you move or position your cursor with the mouse.  
7. Object drawing tool – line, circle, rectangle, etc.:  You can’t modify the line weight.   The fill color doesn’t support transparency.
8. Dimension tool:  the automatic dimension text does not break the dimension line, so the dimension looks like it is striked through.  Cannot change dim text size.
9. Dimension tool does not have a way to constrain it to orthogonal.  Must try and do this manually. 
10. Dimension tool does not have any extension lines. Only marks a point to point distance. This would always be right over top of the element trying to dimension.
11. Cloud tool allows you to change thickness of line, but no control of the bubble scale.
12. Arrow tool does not allow you to change size or line weight of the arrow.  No other arrowhead styles to choose from other than ‘open arrow’.

Hello @ceptrick5252, In a recent release our development team was able to address several of the suggestions you have made. Such as having adjustable text sizes, changing font size & color in the Call Out Boxes, adding more color choices to the borders including Transparency, and having the ability to eliminate the box when you add a text box.
