On Boarding 'completion status' for vendor

Add a Supplier Checklist in the ORBC portal or homepage showing:
• All mandatory onboarding tasks, their current status, and action links
• A progress bar or % completion indicator with milestone messages (“50% done, site attachments completed”)
This can give suppliers a clear, self-service view of pending tasks and reduces back-and-forth emails.
