Additional Site Status for 'Active - Restriction'

If there is a restriction to the approval due to GSFI Audit Scope exclusions that exclusion is only visible if you open the GSFI audit certification and verify the scope. The enhancement would allow scope/restrictions to be more visible to the business. Option maybe to have an additional status available that says "with restrictions".
