Option to Manually Complete Projects

Add functionality to manually mark a project/SKU as Complete.

Current Issue:
We have multiple In Progress projects where all tasks are already complete, but the overall Project (PD) status has not updated automatically.

Impact:
Currently, we must manually reopen each task, change its status to In Progress, then set it to Complete to trigger the Project (PD) to complete — which is time-consuming and inefficient.

Proposed Solution:
Provide an option within the project to manually set the Project (PD) to Complete without having to update each task individually.
