    Hello Darlene. What entity do you represent? I am with the County of Orange in southern California. We are in the process of implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud with a Go Live date in July of 2027 for Finance/Procurement. We are currently working out the details of how we will implement lease accounting to meet the requirements of GASB Statement No. 87, Leases and GASB Statement No. 96, Subscription-Based Information Technology Arrangements (SBITAs). We would love to compare notes and potentially collaborate on a solution within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. I do know that we are also working on a potential Idea Lab submission regarding lease accounting, so it would be wonderful to collaborate on this area.

    CPS is also going live with Oracle Fusion Financial including lease accounting in Jan 2027. We have only been presented with the out of the box IFRS solution, but need a solution for GASB. We would be interested in collaborating as well.
