How do you schedule an agreement change order to take effect on a future date?

The State of Missouri has entered the following Oracle Idea requesting action: 883856 - Scheduling an Agreement Change Order/Renewal
The State of Missouri requests an option to schedule change orders on agreements that take effect on a future date outside of the header start date and end date. We are requesting that the scheduled change order provide the option to enter the:
- Effective date of the change order,
- End Date of the renewal period in the agreement header, and
- Renewal period pricing and expiration date for each catalog line.
