  • Hello,

We are noticing the following issues after implementing the redwood for procurement.

    1. Unable to filter items in agreements - In purchase Agreements with 100's of lines, there is no option available to set a filter in the redwood screen to query a particular line from BPA.
    2. we are noticing issues with rearranging the columns in redwood as it reverts back to original after saving a user defined saved query. Example The Suggested Supplier column has to be re-sorted every time user goes to the requisition processing page, there is no option to save the sorted columns as a saved query.
    3. In Redwood, when creating a PO for multiple requisitions, the system is slow in creating the POs, the staged document goes to action status.
  • Hello, adding some more items that we have identified while testing the upcoming Redwood PO and supplier requirement that we would like to get clarified:

    1. In Classic view, when creating a PO from the Lines tab, all fields from the Schedules and Distributions tabs are available and automatically populate the related tabs. Will similar functionality be available in Redwood? Currently, fields such as Requester and Charge Account can only be entered on the Distributions tab.

    2. Do you have an estimated timeline for when the Requester field can be configured as a required field?

    3. The Charge Account field is not an open text field like the Ordered field. Users must click into the field before the field outline become visible.

    4. When a line is placed in edit mode, it exits edit mode as soon as focus leaves the screen. For example, when copying and pasting a charge account, I must click Edit again to continue making changes. Is there a way to keep the line in edit mode until the changes are saved or the user navigates to another tab?

    5. When users are creating a supplier in Redwood screens, we are seeing that list of values (LOV) are only visible for business users when using incognito mode; otherwise lists are blank. System admin role able to see LOVs without incognito mode. Is there a setup needed for business users to leverage Redwood supplier entry without incognito?

    6. We are seeing the “my receipt” icon in classic mode instead of Redwood. Will this be included in the Redwood Procurement requirement?

    7. Is the Redwood Procurement requirement still with 27A patch or has this been delayed?

    8. We are seeing a latency in each of the Redwood Procurement screens, especially the 1st time each Redwood screen is opened. Will this be resolved prior to Oracle Redwood Procurement requirement?

    9. Do you have a timeframe when other modules will be required to transition to Redwood?
