Mitigate user bias with regards to QC

In an Argus Safety configuration with a random selection of cases for Quality Control (QC), how do you blindfold case processors so that they cannot see if their case will be subject to QC? We strongly feel that knowing the QC decision inserts bias into the QC process and we would like to find a way to mitigate it.

In our configuration of Argus, the Quality Control is configured as workflow step. There is a function randomly selecting cases for QC. If the case is subject to QC, then the user can only select a next workflow state that contains the words "Quality Control" in its name.
