Simphony - OnQ Interface. SIM Exception error. Start position invalid

Hello. I am experiencing the following error when making a room service charge from Simphony to PMS OnQ. Out of 20 charges made via interface, one or two have this problem and do not allow the post to be completed. The error is "SIM Exception. Start position Invalid. Extension application: OnQ, File: OnQ_S2.isl, Line number: 330, Token position: 74, Token: =". The error occurs on any Workstation, at any point of sale, and with any user.
