AME Requisition Approval with substitution rule not working
We are setting up the substitution rules in AME but finds it is not working as expected. The AME substitution rule is not getting applied to the transaction.
Only when defining a standard rule first and then defining a substitution rule with the same exact condition plus one modified condition, the substitution rule is applied.
The documentation does not say anywehere that a standard rule will have to be set up before a substituion rule is set based on the standard rule.
Is this the way it is supposed to work? i.e. define a standard rule first and then define a substitution rule?
