Tax not Copied during Autocreate

When a Tax Classification Code is added manually to the Requisition and then converted into PO, the TAX is not copied.

If tax is calculated automatically in the Requisition the same tax is shown in the Autocreated PO, I guess it is calculated again and not copied since we don't have tax information stored in PO tables.

Is the standard functionality to not Copy the Tax in R12 during Autocreate?
