ASCP And Forecast

Hi Oracle Gurus,  I am having a hard time at trying to fix an issue with the ASCP. We have suppliers in China and Taiwan and because of the Chinese New Year holiday we have to plan in advance and issue POs to cover the two weeks off that the holidays last. What I did was to create another plan (separate from the one we use everyday) and linked it to a special Forecast Set with the items and qties for which we want to release purchase requsitions. The recomendation worked fine, the buyers were able to open the new
