We defined as a employee of Identification as Contingent Worker

 Dear All,

In our company we recruited some outside contractors, we defined as a employee as Contingent Worker as identification,

With this setup he cannot access the requisition form, when he opens the requisition system giving a message as 'your not defined as employee'.

Can these outside contractors (vendors) access the purchasing documents (PR or PO)?.

Please let us know the steps if outside vendors also can create requisitions/purchase orders.
