emagent high cpu usage

 We have numerous emagents running on numerous AIX servers.  One of them is hogging the cpu.  I tried bouncing it but it went right back to grabbing 26 to 30% of the available cpu.  On other servers similar to this one the emagent averages less then 4% of the cpu.  Any ideas?
