Export/Import

I have a 64-bit Windows 2003 server running Oracle 10gr2.  I need to take the export file and import it onto a 32-bit Windows 2003 server also running Oracle 10gr1.  The two windows servers cannot talk to one another.  The 64-bit box is in a DMZ (our 'secure') network.  UGH!  Is this possible?  I can not seem to make it happen.   I also have a 32-bit Windows XP system running Oracle 10gR2 I tried the import on.  No joy!
