Viewing Closed and Open RFQs

 Hi,
I tried to view all RFQ using the description field but I could only see active RFQs. I'm using the description field to enter the name of the supplier, then I query them on that field. I noticed that only active RFQs showed up. Is there a profile or something that will allow me to view all RFQs based on certain criteria?

Any help is appreciated.
