How to create cascading database (9i)

 Hi,

We have standby database configured (9i) for our primary db. I need to build yet another standby database in cascading configuration. Also, the requirement is, primary db can not be shutdown during the activity. Searched lot of docs on metalink but could not find suitable solution.

Any idea (using either DGbroker or manually) would be greatly appreciated.
