Needs to Create Read Only I-Procurement Responsibility

 We would like some user to give just view only access in i-procurement responsibility so that they can only view all requisitions
including attachement.

Does anyone know how to do it?

I know I can use parameter : QUERY_ONLY=YES to a form function in Forms but not in SSWA.

Any help is appreciated.
