 I am having a problem when try to create cssd daemon...it hungs up and does nothing. Any help will be appreciated. See below the details

# ./localconfig add
Successfully accumulated necessary OCR keys.
Creating OCR keys for user 'root', privgrp 'root'..
Operation successful.
Configuration for local CSS has been initialized

Adding to inittab
/etc/init.d/init.cssd: line 236: /tmp/oratz.12779: No such file or directory
/etc/init.d/init.cssd: line 236: /tmp/oratz.13175: No such file or directory
