Policies in Enterprise Manager Grid Control 10g

I have several "Out Of The Box" Policy Violations in the Grid Control and i want to disable several for ALL targets at once. Now i must change more as 100 targets piece by piece to disable several Policies. That's an amazing lot of work! Who nows the solution to change this at 1 place?
