Physical Move of physical standby database (10.2.0.2) windows 2003 EE

Hello community,

we plan to move a physical standby database from one location to another one. (10.2.0.2 - windows 2003 EE).

we also may change the ip address of the server hosting the standby database.

how to proceed ? (set arch_dest to defer, stop managed standby , shutdown - move - change sql*net, restart ?)
