Intelligent Agent installation on DB server 9.2.0.5

I am currently having the following setup:
Grid Control:
Grid Control 10g (10.2.0.4) on Linux

Target:
Two node RAC of Oracle 9.2.0.5 EE database on Solaris 9 - 64bit.

I'd like to know if I can install the 10g Intelligent Agent on this target server (RAC 9.2.0.5) and how can I do
that (i.e Do I need to create another user (Solaris) and in other OH ... ?)
