How to setup price list for raw materials

Hello PO Gurus

I need to create a List price for Raw Materials and I am plannig to assign it at the master item on the procurement tab for each raw material item.

I am planning to create this price list under Order Management responsibility.

I need this price list for the standard and blanket purchase orders

Please let me know how to create it
