Received APP-PO-14142 in an attempt to Cancel Requisition

 Create a PR and forward to an approver via Approval Heirarchy with success.  Approver Rejected requisition however, the status stayed at In Process. It appears that dollars showed up in Gl_Bc_Packet as Pending status.  Tried to Cancel but received error message APP-PO-14142 with a long string of sql information.  Can anyone help?
