Adding a Receiver Field

We have Oracle 11i iProcurement.  We would like to add a receiver field in the checkout process of the Internet Procurement which would require the preparer of the Requisition to input a name before submitting for approval.  Has anyone implemented this functionality?  If so, and help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
