PAY: SOE is inaccurate on employee's record

  Soe is showing a year to date  for element non cash bonus as

658.62 yet employee has only one entry for 125.00. No balance adjustments are showing.

I requested screen shots from the user; however,I haven't received them yet.  The implementer passed this issue onto the user because he was unable to determine why this was occurring.
