EBS - RightFax Setup

 Hi,

We need to set the faxing capability for sending PO 's to our vendors. We have R12.0.4 on Linux 86-64 and the RightFax Business Server on Win2K. The RightFax claims that they partner with Oracle and have "out-of-the-box" solution (whatever it means). So far I'm facing a lot of problems and can't find any clear step by step instructions on how to implement this. Does anyone have any experience?
