reference _5 - invoice number is missing on the GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES and gl_je_lines tables

 The value in reference_5 field is missing for the source=Payables in GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES and in GL_JE_LINES tables. Why is it missing? It causes a problem for the custom extract.
