US PAY: Identify Exempt Federal and State W4s for Annual Renewal

 When an employee claims tax exempt on a federal W4 (or a state W4), the employee must file a new certificate each year or their status must be changed to single and zero exemptions.  Is there an Oracle report that lists the filing status?  I would want to see any employees who file 10 or more exemptions or who file exempt.
