Custom Menu Problem when upgrading Oracle Apps ERP 11.5.10

After upgrading Oracle Apps ERP to 11.5.10  some Custom menu options are not  being displayed on the menus.  Is there a step we missed during the upgrade process that would have included upgrading the custom menu options.
