Calculating Tax on Freight

Hi,

We are implementing R12.0.5 for one of our clients and they have a requirement to charge tax on Freight if the Ship to location is in Texas.

We have reviewed metalink note # 289816.1 and completed the setups accordingly. However, I would like to know if there is any setup in R12 where we can specify that the Freight should be taxed only if the Ship To location is in Texas.
