Salary Form
We are using currently using Oracle 11.5.10. We've run into this issue several times. An employee will receive a 7/1 performance increase. Several months later, they will receive a pay adjustment retro back to 7/1. In the old salary form, there was a paperclip field where we could make comments regarding the change. This will allow us to do the pay adjustment (both effective on the same date), and then make a comment in the paperclip section what the prior 7/1 salary was (to preserve the history). In the current salary form, is there a place where we could make comments and track this history? Thanks.
