How to configure RMAN channel to backup in WIN2003 folder?

Hi Experts
I want to take my RMAN backup to windows2003 folder from AIX 5.3. So that I want to configure channel to windows2003 folder from AIX5.3. How can I share a folder(win2003 OS) so that I can access that from AIX with write permission? May be this problem more relavent to AIX rather than Oracle.

Additional Info:
There is no samba.
Both Machine are connected by TCP/IP.
Using CuteFtp I can access AIX directory from Win203 machine.
