Installing Oracle enterprise manager 10.2 G on Windows 2003 server

I've tryed to install enterprise manager on my windows 2003 server. The server allredy have oracle database 10.2 installed and i think this is causing me som probolems. I dont want to install the database again, but if I have to...

I get the errormessage:

 "The repository database does not meet proper configuration requirements. Ensure that the following perimeters are properly set before continuing.

-The value of perimeter `session_cached_cursors` must be equal to or greater than 200

- The value of parameter `ag_tm_processes` must be equal to or greater than 1 "

 Any ideas how to fix the problem? Am i doing something wrong?
